Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire, part of the Sheridan Group, is hiring four team members as machine operators. We’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment, learning to operate cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders for quality results. Eligible for a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks.

This 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM) offers full-time hours, overtime after 40 hours, and a shift incentive. Join a fast-paced production team advancing in print manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanical inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Take pride in doing quality work.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
