Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring 4 team members to learn hands-on bindery operations on 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), Monday through Friday. We’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment, with a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks and overtime opportunities.

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you. Mechanically inclined candidates who can read basic instructions and work well on a team in a fast-paced production environment are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanical incline; comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Pride in doing quality work and reliability; works well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
