Sheridan Group is hiring for a Machine Operator on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with a $2,500 hiring bonus. This full-time position offers overtime opportunities and hands-on training to operate high-speed bindery equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

We’re looking for mechanically inclined individuals who can read work instructions, work well in a team, and commit to quality. No prior bindery experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Ability to read job instructions and measurements.
• Pride in delivering quality work.
• Reliable and work well with a team.

Responsabilités

• Operate bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, binders).
• Adjust machines and monitor quality to meet standards.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace clean.
