Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire, part of the Sheridan Group, is seeking team members to learn and run high-speed bindery equipment. You’ll train on cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders, working on a fast-paced production floor.

We’re hiring 4 trainees for 2nd shift Monday–Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM with opportunities for overtime, bonuses, and career growth. No bindery experience? We’ll train you—reliable, mechanically inclined candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience? We’ll train you.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Take pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
