Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire, part of The Sheridan Group, is hiring four team members for a 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) in a hands-on machine operator role. We’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and meet daily production goals in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

You’ll learn to operate cutters, folders, stitchers and binders, with overtime opportunities and a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks. Join a stable, growth-focused print manufacturing team in NH.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.
• Have experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders)
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
