Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience minimum, 5 preferred.
• Revit experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage BIM projects across all disciplines for Germantown-based teams and clients.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and ensure model setups meet project requirements.
• Validate current BIM standards and procedures and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate model workflow between design team members and external partners.
• Support government, municipal, and science & technology projects with BIM best practices.
