Qualifications

• Associate degree or BIM certificate preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of BIM/VD experience; 5 preferred.
• Revit experience required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Review standards and validate updates as needed.
• Lead and attend client and consultant meetings, including BIM kickoff.
• Identify and lead team training for BIM standards and tools.
• Standardize workflows between offices and teams.
• Coordinate model setup and project scope with the PM.
• Manage project folders, file sharing, and archiving across disciplines.
• Provide team support for Virtual Design software and escalate as needed.
• Review models and PDFs for compliance with standards.
• Maintain models using best practices to support drawing production.
• Run clash detection and participate in BIM coordination.
• Coordinate models/workflows among design team members.
