You will work with architects, engineers, contractors and owners to develop BIM protocols, ensure standards compliance, and lead coordination efforts on complex projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience minimum, 5 preferred
• Revit experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM projects across all disciplines and be the main BIM contact for teams and clients
• Work within project budgets and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and owners
• Review standards and procedures for BIM compliance
• Lead project meetings with clients and consultants, including kickoff and progress meetings
• Identify training needs for BIM standards and tools and stay current with BIM technology and trends
• Coordinate model setup and scope with the project manager
• Manage project folders, file sharing, and archiving across disciplines
• Provide team support for Virtual Design software and escalate as needed
• Review models and PDFs for conformity to standards and maintain models
