Job summary

Performance Contracting is seeking an experienced BIM/VDC Technician for the Denver region to lead 3D modeling in Revit and manage coordination with design and operations teams. The role emphasizes accurate model development, clash detection, and ongoing BIM standard adherence.

The candidate should have 4+ years in BIM/VDC, proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360 Design/Glue, and a portfolio demonstrating Revit work. Some site visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
• 2-year technical degree or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree accepted.
• 4+ years of BIM (Revit)/VDC modeling and coordination experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating work in Revit and Revit Family Editor.

Responsibilities

• Attend kickoff meetings to align Level of Development, scope, and contract requirements.
• Create 3D models using Revit and coordinate with design/operations teams.
• Coordinate with point cloud data and ensure spatial coordination of models.
• Perform BIM compliance checks and clash detection with Navisworks Manage.
• Prepare and maintain project content aligned with BIM standards.
• Visit project sites as required and support design/operation teams.
