Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years BIM/CAD management experience with leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM/CAD standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Lead and manage the CAD/BIM team, including training and performance reviews.
• Oversee BIM execution plans and ensure client requirements are met.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and field teams to integrate BIM into workflows.
• Manage software licenses and ensure proper BIM tool utilization.
• Coordinate clash detection and model reviews to resolve design conflicts.
• Drive innovation in digital construction technologies and workflows.
• Prepare BIM progress reports for senior leadership and clients.
• Ensure data integrity and security within BIM models and docs.
• Support preconstruction and estimating with model-based quantity takeoffs.
