B&I Contractors, Inc., a Florida-based, employee-owned MEP contractor, is seeking an experienced BIM/VDC Coordinator - HVAC Pipe to lead model-based outputs, coordination, and fabrication planning for complex projects.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Field Operations, and trades, mentor Detailers, and ensure model integrity, using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 to drive timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade/technical training preferred.
