Job summary

B&I Contractors, Inc. is seeking a BIM/VDC Coordinator – HVAC Duct to lead model-based outputs for complex projects in Florida. You will drive coordination, fabrication readiness, and installation planning while aligning deliverables with schedule and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in BIM/VDC with strong Revit and Navisworks skills, plus experience on commercial/industrial sites. Join an employee-owned team committed to safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of BIM/VDC, mechanical detailing, or MEP coordination.
• Experience on commercial/industrial projects is required.
• Proficient in Revit for MEP modeling and clash detection.
• Strong understanding of coordination with Project Managers and Field Ops.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain coordinated BIM models for mechanical systems.
• Lead model updates and clash resolution decisions.
• Perform clash detection, track issues, and communicate resolutions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Field Operations, and other trades.
• Mentor Detailers and Trainees to reinforce standards.
