Job summary

MakeAMarQ Staffing & Advertising seeks a Building Information Modeling (BIM) / VDC Manager to lead BIM/VDC standards, workflows, and model management on site in Tamarac, FL. You will work with project managers, superintendents, estimators, designers, and trade partners to ensure accurate models and early constructability input.

The role requires strong BIM/VDC expertise with Revit/AutoCAD and coordination tools to drive clash detection and model-based decision-making across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM/VDC experience across multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D.
• Skilled in Navisworks, BIM 360 or similar.
• Excellent coordination and communication with diverse teams.
• Ability to identify constructability issues early.
• Understanding of construction means and methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage BIM/VDC standards, workflows, and models across projects.
• Coordinate model exchanges and perform clash detection.
• Train project teams on BIM/VDC tools and processes.
• Generate visualizations, reports, and data extracts for field and office decision-making.
• Collaborate with PMs, superintendents, estimators, designers, and trade partners.
