MBH Architects seeks a highly organized BIM/VDC Coordinator to support multiple studios in Denver and New York. You will develop and maintain Revit libraries, manage models through all phases, and ensure data integrity and adherence to standards.

You will perform model health checks, QA reviews, and coordinate with partners, manufacturers, and internal teams while mentoring staff on best practices; striving for interoperability and robust documentation workflows.

Formación

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Experience with 3D modeling, Revit, and BIM software.
• Expertise in managing project documentation and BIM standards.
• Skilled in QA reviews, clash detection, and 3D model data integrity.
• Experience with BIM and VDC approaches.
• Experience in industrial design modeling is nice to have.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities regarding modeling practices.
• Able to read and interpret drawings, plans, contracts, and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and maintain Revit libraries and workflows for building and design projects.
• Oversee project models and documentation through all phases, ensuring compliance with standards and efficient setup and maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance, audits, dashboards and reports, and recommend improvements across teams.
• Standardize project content, parameters, and materials; conduct QA reviews including clash detection and data integrity validation.
• Coordinate models and data from partners, manufacturers, and third parties for interoperability.
• Provide training, FAQ support, and mentorship on modeling best practices and collaboration workflows.
