Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, BIM/3D modeling, and visualization tools.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proven ability to conduct proficiency tests for listed software.
• Experience with automation and customization tools in the software listed.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Persuasive communication in a dynamic design tech landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination and manage project data sets and workflows.
• Deliver Revit + BIM projects as CAD/BIM coordinator.
• Provide technical support for Revit + BIM applications to the project team.
• Mentor staff on Best Practice workflows for Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, and related tools.
• Develop project BIM execution plans (BEPs) and training documentation.
• Review clash reports with the team and leads, including coordination with contractors.
• Lead the office-wide BIM effort and maintain standards and libraries.
• Collaborate with internal developers to automate design technology processes.
• Coordinate design models with Rhino, SketchUp and other tools.
• Manage cloud platforms and data repositories, and explore future platforms.
