Job summary

Environmental Air Systems is seeking a BIM/VDC Project Lead to oversee multiple BIM/VDC initiatives, coordinating with design and project management to deliver schedules and models. You will maintain a three-week look-ahead and ensure milestones are met across projects.

Responsibilities include setting up initial CAD/Revit files, assigning tasks to BIM leads, reviewing models, and collaborating with 3rd party resources.

Qualifications

• Revit 2024 or newer experience required.
• Navisworks 2024 or newer experience.
• AutoCAD experience is helpful.
• Bluebeam proficiency.
• MS Office and Google Docs experience.
• Experience leading a collaborative design team.
• Proficiency with Google Meet and MS Teams.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud / Forma.

Responsibilities

• Be able to perform functions of BIM/VDC Project Lead in their absence and manage multiple BIM/VDC projects.
• Review project models and provide feedback to assigned teams.
• Set up initial CAD / Revit files oriented to project origin and ensure all required references are properly organized.
• Lead and coordinate with 3rd party resources outside EAS when needed.
• Maintain a 3 week look-ahead/deliverables schedule with design and project managers.
• Help Construction Design Leadership with development and implementation of improvement initiatives.
