Qualifications

• Understand building construction, engineering, and/or architecture.
• Experience with BIM software programs and technology (on-the-job or classroom).
• Thrive in a team environment and produce independent work.

Responsibilities

• Create virtual simulations to validate site logistics, safety concerns, building sequencing, scheduling, and VR experiences.
• Manage 3D coordination with operation teams from kickoff to closeout.
• Perform preconstruction model tasks: quality verifications, schedule validations, constructability reviews, and virtual mock-up production.
• Drive R&D of new software, hardware, and technology to optimize execution and quality.
