Job summary

Okland Construction in Phoenix seeks a VDC Engineer passionate about construction technology. You will support modeling, coordination, and estimating across diverse projects using AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Assemble.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and field teams to resolve clashes, develop 4D scheduling visuals, and contribute to preconstruction efforts. Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in commercial construction or VDC required; drone data experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, VDC, BIM coordination, or similar.
• Hands-on BIM/VDC experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Assemble.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 2D/3D construction models to support planning, coordination, and execution.
• Support multidisciplinary coordination to identify and resolve conflicts early.
• Create visuals for sequencing, site logistics, and project visualization.
• Contribute to 4D scheduling and model-based decision making.
• Participate in coordination meetings and capture evolving site conditions in models.
