Jaynes Corporation seeks a skilled VDC/BIM Specialist to manage multi-project BIM workstreams within our engineering teams in Albuquerque, NM. You will develop execution plans, standards, and workflows, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM into project delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction/architecture/engineering and 2+ years of VDC/BIM experience, proficiency in Revit/Navisworks, and strong collaboration, communication, and

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of VDC/BIM experience.
• Deep knowledge of BIM standards and project workflows.
• Ability to integrate VDC/BIM into design and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to define VDC/BIM goals and deliverables.
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans, schedules, and workflows.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to integrate BIM into project workflows.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Develop BIM standards, guidelines, and protocols across the organization.
• Process laser scan data for design/construction models.
• Support 4D simulations and other specialized modeling tasks.
• Provide BIM guidance on clash detection and coordination processes.
