Job summary

Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) in Colorado is seeking a BIM VDC professional to implement BIM processes on assigned projects, develop 3D electrical models, and coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, and structural teams.

You will work in an office setting and on construction sites, using Revit and Navisworks to produce drawings and shop drawings, participate in training, and stay current with BIM technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM VDC or related field.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, CAD or related discipline, or equivalent.
• Electrical construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing BIM processes across projects.
• Develop detailed 3D electrical models using BIM tools.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve clashes.
• Produce 2D drawings, schematics, and shop drawings from BIM models.
