Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a VDC Designer / BIM Coordinator to develop, maintain, and coordinate detailed 3D models for complex projects. You will work with construction management, engineering, and field teams to ensure BIM models reflect project requirements and site conditions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks, understands MEP coordination, and can manage model sharing and documentation using BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the AEC industry with BIM coordination experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale industrial or data center projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in interpreting P&IDs/Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams.
• Familiarity with BIM data environments and model coordination workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models using Revit per project specs.
• Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks Manage.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between MEP, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and field teams to maintain model accuracy.
• Maintain standardized file structures, naming conventions, and BIM libraries.
• Prepare construction-ready drawings and model views for field use.
• Manage model sharing, version control, and collaboration via BIM 360/ACC.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and QA/QC of the BIM model.
