Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Coordinator / VDC Engineer to support a large-scale tool install project in Boise, Idaho. The role emphasizes BIM coordination, clash management, model integration, constructability reviews, and stakeholder alignment across multiple trades and teams.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in BIM/VDC coordination, strong MEP coordination skills, and proficiency with Navisworks, Revit and BIM 360.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BIM/VDC coordination or multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience with clash detection, issue tracking, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Proficiency with Navisworks, Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD MEP.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC coordination across MEP and tool install scopes.
• Coordinate trade partners, field teams, designers, and client stakeholders.
• Facilitate coordination meetings; track issues to closure.
• Oversee model coordination for piping, electrical, ductwork.
• Monitor clash detection and ensure timely resolution.
• Audit models for quality, constructability, and routing standards.
• Maintain BIM docs, logs, and metrics.
