Job summary

Meade is a full-service design firm seeking VDC Coordinators to support BIM processes across the project lifecycle. You will assist with model development, clash detection, and coordination to improve visualization and constructability.

Lead responsibilities include BIM strategy, BEPs, federated models, and training junior staff while coordinating with design, project, and field teams across multiple projects in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in VDC, BIM coordination, design technology or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks; BIM workflows understood.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and field teams to support VDC and BIM objectives.
• Develop, update, and maintain accurate 3D models per project requirements and standards.
• Assist with model coordination, including reviews, clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution.
• Utilize BIM and digital construction tech to improve visualization, communication, and collaboration.
• Prepare and manage federated models and coordination files in Navisworks and other VDC tools.
• Perform model quality control to ensure compliance with standards and client expectations.
• Train and mentor junior staff in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
