Job summary

Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) is seeking a BIM VDC Coordinator to bridge office and field teams, ensuring coordinated, high-quality models that meet project standards. This role supports model management, clash detection, and cross-disciplinary collaboration across trades.

You will mentor Detailer I/II staff, help develop BEPs, and promote best practices within BIM VDC workflows while staying current with industry advances and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience supporting large-scale projects preferred.
• Electrical construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing BIM VDC processes on assigned projects.
• Support development and maintenance of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Operate clash detection and coordinate resolution across trades.
• Produce model-based documentation and drawings.
