Job summary

Sloan Security Group LLC seeks a detail-oriented BIM Technician to support design and construction teams in developing, coordinating, and managing BIM processes and deliverables. The role requires strong BIM software expertise and a solid grasp of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.

You will collaborate with project teams to create accurate models, maintain BIM standards, coordinate multidisciplinary designs, and ensure high-quality project documentation delivery across all phases.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in architecture, engineering, or construction technology.
• 1+ year of BIM/CAD/architecture or construction technology experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Forma/ACC or BIM 360.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models across all project phases.
• Create and manage models in Revit and Autodesk apps like AutoCAD.
• Generate construction documentation, schedules, quantities, and deliverables from BIM models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and consultants to resolve coordination issues.
