Engtal in Watertown, MA is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models through preconstruction and construction phases.

You will review contract documents, coordinate with project management, attend meetings, and ensure models meet specs, codes, and constructability standards.

This role requires collaboration with managers, field teams, and other coordinators, plus resolving clashes and producing fabrication drawings with accuracy.

• Review and update Revit models to ensure accuracy and coordination
• Produce detailed coordination and fabrication drawings with strong attention to quality

• Optimize system layouts for efficiency and constructability
• Provide field support and assist with layout or installation questions
• Coordinate maintenance clearances, access zones, and hanger locations with other trades
