Job summary

SNIPEBRIDGE is seeking a BIM Specialist to support data center and digital infrastructure projects by coordinating complex BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. You will develop, maintain, and audit models, run clash detection, and help teams meet delivery milestones using Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

This role requires 3+ years in BIM production, a relevant degree, and strong communication to train users and enforce BIM standards throughout the

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BIM production or coordination in building design or construction.
• Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, MEP coordination.
• Experience with model federation, clash workflows, and BIM execution plans.
• Clear communication and support for users with varying BIM experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish project templates, naming standards, model-health practices, and execution-plan requirements

• Perform quality‑control checks for geometry, metadata, coordinates, and deliverable readiness

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of BIM production or coordination experience in building design or construction
• Advanced Revit and Navisworks skills; Autodesk Construction Cloud experience preferred
• Understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination
• Experience with model federation, clash workflows, shared coordinates, and BIM execution plans
• Dynamo, scripting, reality‑capture, or model‑automation experience is a plus
• Clear communication skills and the ability to support users with different levels of BIM experience
