The BIM Specialist will coordinate dense data center environments, develop models, enforce standards, and lead clash reviews to streamline design delivery across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of BIM production or coordination in building design or construction.
  • Advanced Revit and Navisworks skills; Autodesk Construction Cloud experience preferred.
  • Understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination.
  • Experience with model federation, clash workflows, shared coordinates, and BIM execution plans.
  • Dynamo, scripting, reality‑capture, or model‑automation experience is a plus.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to support users with different levels of BIM experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and audit coordinated BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.

  • Establish project templates, naming standards, model-health practices, and execution-plan requirements.

  • Perform quality-control checks for geometry, metadata, coordinates, and deliverable readiness.
  • Train project users and help improve repeatable digital-delivery workflows.
