Job summary

You will collaborate with project teams to create accurate models, maintain BIM standards, coordinate multidisciplinary designs, and ensure high-quality project documentation delivery across all phases.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in architecture, engineering, or construction technology.
• 1+ year of BIM/CAD/architecture or construction technology experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Forma/ACC or BIM 360.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models across all project phases.
• Create and manage models in Revit and Autodesk apps like AutoCAD.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technology-driven BIM Technician to support our design and construction teams through the development, coordination, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in BIM software, a solid understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems, and a passion for improving project workflows through digital innovation.

The BIM Technician will collaborate with project teams to create accurate models, maintain BIM standards, coordinate multidisciplinary designs, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and coordination of BIM models throughout all project phases.
• Help to create and manage models using Revit and other Autodesk applications such as AutoCAD.
• Generate construction documentation, schedules, quantities, and project deliverables from BIM models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and consultants to resolve model coordination issues.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree, diploma, or bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a BIM, CAD, architectural, engineering, or construction technology role.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Forma, Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360.
• Basic understanding of construction documentation, building systems, and industry standards.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Autodesk Revit Certified User (ACU) certification or candidate may be required to accomplish a basic Revit skills assessment.
