Henderson Engineers is seeking a BIM Specialist II to lead the strategic development and implementation of BIM across projects. You will guide model development, automation, data quality, and process optimization while partnering with project teams to improve efficiency and accuracy.

The role emphasizes ISO 19650 alignment, data governance, and ongoing training, with responsibilities spanning development, coordination, and client-facing collaboration in a dynamic architectural/engineering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; BIM-focused education preferred.
• Associate degree in BIM or related field with substantial experience required.
• Experience with BIM data governance, data validation, and IFC/COBie formats valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM development and automation to improve workflows.
• Ensure data quality and ISO 19650 alignment across projects.
• Coordinate with teams for BIM standards, data governance, and project delivery.
• Support BIM-related project coordination and training as needed.
