Job summary

CESO, Inc. in Akron, OH is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM strategy for the Architectural and Building Engineering teams, champion BIM standards, and coach staff.

You will drive templates, workflows, and execution plans while coordinating with IT and CAD systems to deliver project outcomes. The role requires 8+ years of BIM experience in AEC, strong leadership, and expertise in Revit/Forma; a complement of Bentley/Bluebeam tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering/CS or related field with 8+ years BIM experience.
• Associates degree in AEC with 10+ years BIM experience.
• buildingSMART or BIM Manager certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk BIM tools including Revit and Forma.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for BIM design and modeling; guide project teams.
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM workflows and standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to BIM users.
• Create, modify, and update BIM families and libraries.
• Develop BIM execution plans for project teams.
• Identify system and user needs; recommend improvements.
• Support document production and BIM initiatives.
• Supervise direct reports and manage priorities in high-pressure environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
