A leading architecture firm in Pittsburgh is seeking a BIM Manager to spearhead the strategic implementation of BIM and CAD technologies. This role involves developing standards, providing training, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure efficient design workflows and project delivery. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of AEC experience with a focus on BIM management, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. A strong collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AEC industry experience, including 5+ years of expert-level BIM management.
• Proven ability to create Revit families and manage large, coordinated models.
• Deep knowledge of architectural documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop drawing and BIM standards, manuals, and templates.
• Lead firm-wide implementation of BIM workflows and best practices.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of Revit models to ensure compliance with standards.
