Qualifications

• Must have BIM management experience with diverse project types.
• Proven ability to train and mentor staff on BIM standards.
• Advanced BIM software knowledge and construction industry background.

Responsibilities

• Serve as BIM design expert, guide modeling projects and teams.
• Develop and maintain BIM workflows, standards, templates.
• Lead and mentor BIM users, drive continuous improvement.
• Create BIM execution plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Test features, test system needs, and support staff.
• Supervise direct reports and manage tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Support company initiatives related to standards and tools.
