Job summary

Brown and Caldwell seeks a Revit Family Creation professional to develop BIM models and manage digital representations of buildings and sites using BIM software. The role requires performing complex technical support and creating BIM execution plans with limited supervision.

You will coordinate with engineers and architects, produce detailed 3D models in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, and extract 2D drawings for construction documentation while adapting to evolving project needs.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of BIM, construction, architecture, or related experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent in drafting/design or related field required.
• Experience developing BIM Execution Plans and coordinating BIM projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex technical support or production/manual tasks.
• Develop BIM execution plans.
• Enforce standards on projects and coordinate meetings.
• Create and manage 3D BIM models across disciplines.
• Generate 2D drawings and construction documents from 3D models.
• Coordinate LiDAR/existing condition models.
