Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Revit Family Creation specialist in the Charlotte, NC area. The role focuses on creating and managing BIM representations of buildings using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and coordination across disciplines.

The position requires an associate degree or equivalent experience and at least four years in BIM or related fields. Candidates should be able to work independently and mentor teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of BIM/architecture/construction experience.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience creating BIM execution plans and managing models.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage BIM models for buildings and structures.
• Develop BIM execution plans and enforce project standards.
• Organize drawing sets and sheet indexes.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to gather information.
• Produce 2D drawings from 3D models for construction docs.
• Mentor less experienced team members as needed.
