Brown and Caldwell seeks a skilled Revit Family Creation specialist to create and manage BIM models for buildings and sites. You will produce detailed 3D models, coordinate with engineers and architects, and support project teams with drawing sets and LiDAR data.

The role emphasizes independent work with strong collaboration. Requirements include an associate degree or equivalent and at least 4 years in BIM/architecture workflows, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of BIM/construction/architecture experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent in drafting, design, or related field is required.
• Strong BIM execution plan development and coordination skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex BIM support and production/manual tasks.
• Develop BIM execution plans and enforce project standards.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings with project teams.
• Organize drawing sets and manage sheet indexes.
• Create detailed 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Coordinate LiDAR and existing condition models with disciplines.
