Job summary

HDR, Inc. in Seattle seeks a Project Model Manager to lead BIM element authoring and model coordination across disciplines. You will manage discipline models, adhere to DDP requirements, and ensure high-quality digital delivery for complex healthcare, mission-critical, or lab projects.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in digital design or BIM.
• Minimum of 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) experience.
• Strong understanding of discipline relations and building systems.
• Advanced skillset in 3D design software and coordination tools.
• Familiar with industry standards, codes, and basic automation.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of Architect/Engineer to generate BIM elements per the LOD in the DDP and project scope.
• Create and maintain the discipline model, systems, content, and digital delivery output.
• Maintain model health and coordinate with other discipline models through reviews.
• Prepare detailed drawings and diagrams with accurate annotations.
• Coordinate design with project stakeholders and participate in digital delivery processes.
• Support and contribute to HDR's digital delivery community and standards.
