Job summary

HDR is seeking a BIM Model Manager I to lead digital model environments and deliverables across multi-discipline projects. You will collaborate with Digital Delivery Leads, establish model setup and server infrastructure, and maintain model health throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong BIM authoring skills, coordination across disciplines, and proficiency with 3D design tools and MS Office. A technical degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of discipline relations and building systems.
• Advanced skillset of 3D design software and document management infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Managing the digital model environment and deliverables for an entire project.
• Work directly with Digital Delivery Leads to execute the digital deliverables.
• Establish server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables.
• Coordinate model health and quality through design reviews and 3D coordination processes.
• Ensure software, versions, access, and training needed to execute project requirements.
