Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a Digital Delivery Program Lead to drive BIM efforts, manage the digital model environment, and supervise coordinators on large, complex projects.

You will ensure consistent project setup, delivery, and high-quality digital deliverables while mentoring staff and coordinating with clients. This role emphasizes leadership in digital delivery, advanced BIM tools, and integration across design disciplines within HDR's Power generation focus.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of digital design (BIM element authoring) and 10 years of digital delivery experience.
• Solid understanding of discipline relations and building systems.
• Advanced skills in 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Familiar with 3D design software add-ins and supporting applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage BIM efforts on large and complex projects with consistent project setup and delivery.
• Enhance efficiency and reduce liability by understanding program requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project initiation procedures.
• Oversee digital execution and ensure quality of digital deliverables across projects.
• Mentor Coordinators and Specialists and guide the digital model environment.
• Lead coordination meetings and ensure design reviews and 3D coordination processes.
