Job summary

HDR is seeking a BIM Model Manager to lead digital delivery for complex projects in Chicago. You will manage model environments, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and drive the Digital Delivery Plan across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities include initiating projects, maintaining model health, and providing technical support to production teams. A technical degree with BIM experience is required, along with strong communication and client service skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex BIM data and coordinate disciplines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client and team interactions.
• Experience with BIM standards, workflows, and model health monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage the digital model environment and project deliverables from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate disciplines and ensure seamless integration of construction documents.
• Develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan and model setup per project scope.
• Provide technical support and schedule communication to the project team.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and review design deliverables for quality control.
• Ensure proper server infrastructure, document management, and software access for all disciplines.
