Job summary

HDR, Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Digital Delivery professional to manage the digital model environment and project deliverables across the full lifecycle.

You will lead 3D coordination efforts and work closely with the Project Manager to maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and related server infrastructure. The role requires advanced knowledge of 3D design software, document management systems, and discipline coordination, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices, along with discipline codes and specs.
• Advanced skill with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Advanced skill with 3D coordination tools.
• Proven ability to manage technical deliverables and collaborate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the digital model environment and project deliverables.
• Understand discipline interactions and how construction documents are produced.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP).
• Establish server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables per project scope.
• Guide production teams through project lifecycle and provide technical support.
• Communicate deliverable schedules to the project team and monitor model health.
• Maintain coordination processes and ensure quality through design reviews and 3D coordination.
• Host coordination meetings to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
• Archive projects at submittals and closeout; ensure standards are followed.
• Engage with HDR management, production staff, and clients to present progress.
