Job summary

City and County of Denver is seeking a Building Information Modeling Project Manager I to develop and implement BIM/CIM standards for horizontal infrastructure. You will lead CAD/BIM/CIM teams, ensure FAA and DEN design compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders across multidisciplinary groups.

The role requires a strong civil engineering/BIM background, 3 years of experience, and the ability to mentor others while advancing DEN’s BIM initiatives and digital delivery workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM/CIM standards and procedures for horizontal construction projects.
• Review and revise Design Standards Manual and FAA requirements as needed.
• Lead and participate in stakeholder meetings to communicate milestones and resolve issues.
• Plan, analyze, and manage changes to schedules, costs, and resources.
• Ensure quality and user acceptance of BIM outputs; conduct lessons learned.
• Support the DEN BIM vision and collaborate with asset management stakeholders.
