Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of commercial construction or project coordination experience.
- Ability to read construction drawings and understand building systems.
- Interest in BIM/VDC and construction technology.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PMs, supers, designers and trade partners on active projects.
- Review drawings/models to identify discrepancies and field challenges.
- Support BIM/VDC tasks, including model updates and documentation.
- Spend time in the field verifying conditions and linking drawings to reality.
- Assist with project documentation and cross-team communication.
- Gaining exposure to mechanical, electrical, architectural, and other systems.
