Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Site Civil CAD Lead in Denver, CO to guide the site civil team and manage digital model delivery for mission-critical facilities. You will coordinate disciplines, drive the Digital Delivery Plan, and ensure high-quality construction documents and standards.

The role requires 5+ years in digital design and 3+ years in digital delivery, with strong leadership and 3D coordination skills. This is a full-time on-site position with HDR's integrated design teams.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years digital design (BIM element authoring) and 3+ years digital delivery (model management).
• Understanding of discipline relations and building systems.
• Advanced 3D design software and document management skills.
• Familiar with 3D coordination tools and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the site civil team and manage the digital model environment.
• Coordinate how disciplines interact and how construction documents are produced.
• Assist in Digital Delivery Plan, establish server infrastructure and models.
• Support production teams through lifecycle tasks; share coordinates and standards.
• Provide technical support on grading, piping, layers, and workflows.
• Own production tasks like viewport setup, sheet management, and standards.
• Monitor model health and coordination processes from planning to CD.
• Mentor staff and guide Project Managers on project needs.
• Engage with Digital Delivery Leads for support and guidance.
• Ensure software access, training, and adherence to standards.
• Participate in Digital Delivery meetings to ensure quality and 3D coordination.
• Archive project deliverables at submittals and closeout.
