Upgrade Resources in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a BIM Project Manager / Coordinator to lead BIM coordination across multiple mechanical and MEP projects. The role combines hands-on BIM/VDC expertise with project leadership, guiding model creation, clashes, and coordination milestones.

You will manage BIM Coordinators, collaborate with project teams and design partners, and ensure fabrication-ready deliverables while maintaining schedules on hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BIM, VDC, or related commercial-construction experience.
• Experience leading BIM coordination for mechanical/MEP projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination and design activities across multiple mechanical/MEP projects.
• Manage and mentor BIM Coordinators and detailing staff.
• Develop and maintain accurate 3D models for HVAC, piping, and related scopes.
• Lead model coordination meetings with contractors, design teams, and field leadership.
• Identify and drive resolution of clashes and constructability concerns.
• Create installation plans, spool drawings, and fabrication-ready deliverables.
• Coordinate outputs with estimating, procurement, and project management.
