Qualifikationen

• HVAC and/or plumbing design experience required.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction documentation.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Four-year college degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Create, manage, and maintain BIM models and construction drawings for HVAC and plumbing.
• Collaborate with the BIM Manager to grow the BIM department and establish design standards.
• Develop and implement company design and drafting standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to resolve design issues.
• Visit job sites as needed to support coordination and address field challenges.
• Ensure models align with project requirements, schedules, and quality standards.
