Diasphere | BIM & VDC Services in Austin, TX is seeking a BIM/VDC Specialist with MEP experience in a hybrid role. You will develop constructible MEP models in Revit, coordinate with teams, and produce shop drawings while maintaining model quality and aligning with contract documents.

This position offers growth toward leadership as the Austin team expands, with collaboration across internal teams and clients in a dynamic commercial construction environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience with Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Strong BIM coordination workflows.
• Mechanical and plumbing construction knowledge.
• Experience creating shop drawings.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop LOD 350–400 constructible MEP models in Revit.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings.
• Produce shop drawings and related deliverables.
• Ensure model accuracy and coordination quality.
• Review and interpret contract documents.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
