Job summary

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a BIM Project Manager to lead coordination and design efforts across fast-paced mechanical projects.

You will guide BIM Coordinators, work with project and field teams, and help deliver accurate, constructible models that meet client needs and project schedules. The role requires strong BIM coordination skills and leadership, with responsibility for aligning models with installation needs and project milestones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BIM or MEP coordination experience, including 3+ years in project management or a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in BIM coordination tools and best practices.

We’re seeking a BIM Project Manager to lead coordination and design efforts across fast-paced, small to mid-sized mechanical projects. You’ll guide BIM Coordinators, work closely with project and field teams, and help deliver accurate, constructible models that meet client needs and project schedules.

What You’ll Do

• Manage BIM coordination and design across multiple projects
• Lead and support BIM Coordinators with design execution, schedules, and model quality
• Coordinate with project management, estimating, and field teams to align models with installation needs
• Review models and shop drawings for accuracy, constructability, and company standards
• Track deliverables against project milestones and client specifications
• Lead coordination meetings with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Improve and standardize BIM workflows

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of BIM or MEP coordination experience, including 3+ years in project management or a leadership role
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with fabrication and field installation processes preferred
• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
