Upgrade Resources is seeking a BIM Project Manager/Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX. Hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 remote) focusing on BIM coordination, design leadership, and delivering buildable installation plans for commercial mechanical projects.

Ideal candidate will lead BIM Coordinators, manage model quality, and ensure coordination milestones are met across multiple projects, interfacing with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in BIM, VDC, or related commercial-construction experience.
• Experience leading BIM coordination for HVAC, plumbing, or MEP work.
• Strong reading of construction drawings, specs, submittals.

• Lead BIM coordination and design activities across multiple projects.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and detailing staff.
• Develop and maintain accurate 3D models for HVAC, plumbing and piping.
