Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a BIM Manager based in New York City to lead detailed 3D BIM modeling for MEP systems using Bentley products. You will oversee CADD designs for multi-site projects, verify survey data accuracy, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

You will coordinate with engineers and architects, perform clash detection, and produce construction drawings while upholding BIM standards and QA/QC procedures. Leadership and mentoring of staff are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a closely related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 5–10 years of BIM Modeller experience focused on Bentley solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D models of MEP systems using Bentley software per project specs.
• Coordinate with engineers and architects to align models with requirements.
• Ensure deliverables meet BIM standards and the BIM Execution Plan.
• Conduct clash detection and generate coordination reports.
• Produce 2D drawings from 3D models for construction documents.
• Maintain and update the BIM library and families.
